The first person says a statement. The next person says a problem. The next person says a solution. It keeps going on with problems and solutions. Example:
Person 1: Bob is a monkey. Person 2: Bob is a rabid monkey who's attacking Sarah, a lady monkey. Person 3: Sarah was just having a nightmare about Bob. Person 4: But it turns out Bob really is attacking Sarah!
Let me start: Statement! Joe is walking through the woods.

Solution: That fish is taken out of the bowl to be cooked and eaten with rice. He tasted good, lol!

problem: While everyone is eating the phsyco fish, no one is watching the bowl and it gets stolen by someone very evil
